1. Please be informed that accomodation for KPJ Senior Manager,CEO,GM,OM and CNO will be arranged by PSH. Respective secretary  to contact Pn.Rosazrazi at EXT 331 for assistance by 5th October before 4.30pm.


2. As for participants and observers respective hospital and organization to arrange for own accomodation.


3. Participants staying in Selesa Hotel, shuttle service will be provided to and from Persada.
